Is the software fully compliant with the Electrical Standards chosen?

Yes. We have compliant versions available for the following Electrical Standards:
BS 7671:2008 (IEE 17th ed),
AS/NZS 3000:2007 & AS/NZS 3008.1.1 2009,
NFPA 70 (NEC 2008) ANSI.

| What are the system requirements? |
|
Our software is compatible with Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP, Vista & Windows 7, with a minimum requirement of a PII and 128 mb of RAM.
The software is NOT Apple Macintosh compatible as yet.

| How knowledgeable do you need to be to use the program? |
|
Some electrical knowledge is essential, but because of the smart technology in Installation Design, the program will design in full compliance.

| How do I get technical help if I need it? |
| Online support is available. You will need to submit a Support Ticket via our website support system. We aim to respond to all support tickets, by email, within 24 hours. |
| Are there any ongoing maintenance charges that have to be paid? |
| No, however you can chose our inexpensive Yearly Upgrades Package which would entitle you to all future upgrades for that year! |
| How easy is the software to use? |

| How do I receive another Licence key if my computer crashes or is reformatted? |

| Does the program calculate cable sizes for large currents? |
|
Yes, you can calculate cable sizes up to 10,000 amps or 10 Parallel cores per phase. |
| Can I input my own Cable Sizes? |
|
Yes, you simply leave the voltage drop box blank in the Cable Calculation screen and the program will list all compliant Cable sizes for you to chose from. |
| I work in Maintenance, can I use it to help maintain an existing installation? |
|
Yes, you can check an existing design for compliance by inputting every cable size in to the Design program and test for compliance. You can also add or modify the design. |
| What happens if the rules and regulations change? |
|
You will be contacted once the updated version is available for purchase, and a free download will be made available to clients on our Yearly Upgrade Package. |
| Are there any training classes? |
|
We do offer Training Seminars from time to time in some countries, so please email us to request information on any scheduled training in your region. |
| How long does it take for shipment and what are the costs? |
|
As soon as we receive your order form, which states our shipping costs on there, we will then process your order and email you a downloadable version of the software so you can start using it straight away. We will then prepare your shipment and send it to you by Express Courier, which normally takes 3-7 days to reach you. |
